In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. There is a 30-day grace period during which you can sign back in to recover it. After that, your records, photos, and messages are permanently deleted.
No. Location is optional and is only used to detect when you arrive in another country and to fill in the country and city on a record. You can enter them by hand and use every feature without granting it. Coordinates are converted to a place name on your device and are never stored on our servers.
eOrth looks at photos taken outside your home country, using the capture date and location stored in each photo. Photos without location data, or photos that live only in iCloud and haven't been downloaded to the device, can't be grouped into trips. Setting the right home country in your profile also matters.
Every post, comment, and direct message has a report option, and you can block a user from their profile or from the post menu. Reported content disappears from your view immediately, and blocked users can no longer see your records or message you.
No — your records are tied to your account so they can be restored when you change devices or reinstall the app. You can sign up with an email address, or with Google or Apple.
